Apply to skin evenly and generously before exposure to the sun. Reapply frequently or every 2 – 3 hours during intensive exposure, especially after swimming or sweating. Use a full finger length of product and apply to the skin as the last product before any make-up. Heliocare 360 can be used on top of or in place of your daily moisturiser. Repeat application through out the day if spending time in the sun.
